FREIGHT CHARGES – AUSTRALIA-WIDE

Delivery is provided by Australia Post or StarTrack.

All deliveries can be tracked at all times, via online tracking systems.

Freight charges for goods that exceed Australia Post’s package measurements or weight limits (over 20kg) will require a quote. Please call 03 5978 8755.

INSURANCE

We offer insurance on all orders to cover you in the unlikely event that your delivery gets damaged or goes missing during transit. Roof Extenda Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for goods lost or missing if insurance is not selected.

DELIVERY TIMES

Expected time of delivery is typically 2-7 working days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind, if you are located rurally this may cause an extended delay of one week minimum.

Express Post is offered within Australia.

We do same day dispatch for all in-stock items received prior to 10am, that are purchased from Monday to Friday.

COURIER DELIVERIES

• Star Track deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.
• Goods that are left at unattended premises, at the request of the customer, are the total responsibility of the receiver.
• Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements at the time of placing the order.
